What is Wild Ollie? 

Wild Ollie is a family-owned boutique offering fun, comfortable apparel and accessories designed for kids and families who embrace adventure, creativity, and a little bit of wild spirit.

How long does shipping take?


Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Please note that shipping times may be longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, Wild Ollie ships only within the United States.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

What size should I order?

Each product listing includes a size chart to help you choose the best fit. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

If you have questions about sizing, please contact us before placing your order.

How should I wash my apparel?

To keep your Wild Ollie apparel looking its best:

• Turn garments inside out before washing 

• Machine wash cold with like colors

• Use mild detergent

• Tumble dry low or hang dry

• Do not bleach

• Do not dry clean

• Do not iron directly on printed designs 

Following these instructions will help preserve the fabric and printed artwork.

What are DTF prints?

Many of our designs are printed using Direct-to-Film (DTF) technology. DTF prints provide vibrant colors, excellent durability, and a soft feel while maintaining flexibility through repeated wear and washing.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee modifications once production begins, we'll do our best to help.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer's remorse, or general wear.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work to make it right.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue 

• Clear photos of the item 

We'll review the issue and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

Do colors appear exactly as shown?

We strive to display colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, screen brightness, and the unique nature of garment dyeing and printing processes.
