At Wild Ollie, we work hard to get your order made, packed, and shipped as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the carrier and destination. Please note that delivery estimates do not include our 3-business-day processing time.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, Wild Ollie ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Wild Ollie is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
